The Bon Terroir 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon was made from the grapes of a single vineyard of less than a hectare. It has the characteristic layering of Cassis, Blackberry fruits and a lingering hint of cigar box that are so typical of this variety. The ageing of this wine over the next five to ten years will be richly rewarded....
